Vitex Extract was designed to support women experiencing premenstrual and menstrual cycle symptoms and has an approved monograph in The Complete German Commission E Monographs for premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and menopausal complaints.^† Chaste tree berry extract contains a key ingredient that inhibits prolactin release. It has also been shown to support healthy luteal phase progesterone synthesis.^1-4
