Integrative Therapeutics and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians are proud to support hands-on knowledge that helps shape the future of naturopathic medicine. Since 2007, Integrative Therapeutics has funded two fully paid, truly unique residency experiences each year.
Naturopathic and integrative medicine practitioners are encouraged to apply to become a residency site to mentor the future of naturopathic medicine.
Upon graduation, naturopathic students are encouraged to apply for a chance to be the next STAIR Resident- all paid for by Integrative Therapeutics!
PRACTITIONERS:
Interested in a free highly qualified ND resident?
We select residency sites from all highly successful ND and integrative MD or DO practices, like yours, interested in retaining and mentoring a naturopathic resident for free for one year. You become the mentor, we provide a scholarship to one lucky graduate for a full year residency in your practice!
Qualified sites must:
-Practice in a successful integrative medical practice with both an ND and MD or DO on staff
OR
-Be an ND who practices in partnership with an MD or DO within a 30 mile radius

*The STAIR Residency is a CNME-approved, postdoctoral, naturopathic, medical education program under the administration of Bastyr University.
NATUROPATHIC STUDENTS:
Are you interested in a real world residency experience?
The two most highly qualified naturopathic graduates will receive a scholarship to practice in one of the two sites awarded for an invaluable learning experience. Each resident will participate in the whole spectrum of clinic life, from patient care to the daily financial workings of the practice – a complete, well rounded, real-world experience.
STAIR VISION
Integrative Therapeutics has been a strong advocate for the naturopathic community since the company’s inception over 35 years ago. Naturopathic physicians played a key role in our company’s development. We are proud to partner with the AANP in this program to:
- Help give back to the integrative medical community and the people they serve
- Mentor future leadership in naturopathic and integrative medicine
- Help expand graduate medical education, and
- Enhance licensing efforts for naturopathic physicians
